In general, the Islamicboarding school curriculum is being into learning a certain direction, expressed interms of the determination of certain books in accordance with the levels of sciencestudents to complete learning model. The fundamental problem, people assume thatby studying a very old yellow book would be a waste of time, but by learning theinstant yellow book which can be obtained only just read it without being able todescribe the content contained there in.
Therefore, the hallmark of this Islamicboarding school yellow book are able to manage effective learning with a relativetime and it obtained not only be able to read it, but can describe and practice in dailylife. Thus, this study focused on: 1) Planning; 2) Organizing; 3) Implementation; and4) Evaluasion of learning in the Integrated Islamic High School in the Women’sIslamic Boarding School Babussalam Kuala Kapuas.This study used a qualitative approach by using case studies. Data collectiontechniques used were structured and unstructured interviews, participant observationand documentation study.The findings of this study can be described as follows: First, each year, theteachers planning learning activities, especially learning macro yellow book, andthen disseminated to all citizens of the Islamic boarding school.
Planning principlesare applied with flexibility, practicality, continuity, and self-consistent as well withrevision control and continuous improvement plans for the next. Second, organizinglearning is the organization of the class as an attempt to design the classroom bystimulating the involvement of the students in yellow book study. In yellow bookstudy often use traditional classroom settings. Third, implementation of the learningdone in the yellow book all the activities of students in the Islamic boarding schoolswith varied methods of understanding and principles of habituation and exemplary ofthe Islamic boarding schools so as to create a conducive environment, academic andreligious basis of sincerity and devotion to science. All activities carried out regularlyand consistently involving all civitas of the Islamic boarding schools with intensivecommunication system.
Fourth, monitoring and evaluation as a measure of successto be comprehensive, diverse, routine and continuous with the principles of honesty,ixobjective and consistent, decisive and proportionate in reward and punishment aswell as involving all the elements and reported periodically.
